Marketing and Sales Consultant
Join MEM Ventures as a Local Field Sales Consultant! MEM Ventures is growing, and we’re looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our expanding business sales team. As a Local Field Sales Consultant, you’ll engage directly with local business owners, build strong relationships, and earn high commissions on qualified leads—all with the power of AT&T’s full suite of products behind you. Our best in class training will get you prepared to understand the product and client, to make an easy sale and to earn!
What We Offer:
Full-time role with hourly pay and/or commission-based earnings
Average $18/hr plus up to $15,000 in commissions after hitting goals

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert high volumes of incoming leads
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
Mentor peers and contribute to team success
Maintain operational excellence with our retail partners
Keep the team informed on promotions and incentives
Who You Are:
A self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills
1–2 years in sales or lead generation preferred (home services a plus)
Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
