We are a leading provider for AT&T and their cutting-edge technology solutions designed to help businesses optimize operations, drive innovation, and achieve growth throughout the DFW area. We specialize in delivering high-performance tech products and services that empower organizations across diverse industries. We are currently looking for motivated and dynamic B2B Technology Sales Representatives to join our expanding sales team. All training is provided by our sales managers. An average sales representative makes $80k-$120k annually off of all warm leads provided by AT&T directly. 

Job Overview:
As a B2B Technology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales for our suite of technology products and services. You will work closely with decision-makers and key stakeholders in businesses of all sizes to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their technology needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits to their business.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong understanding is preferred but not required. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the technology sector is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
