MEM, is a proud partner of AT&T, is looking for energetic individuals to join our team. Your role will be to engage with customers and provide them with options to upgrade their services.
If you are enthusiastic, outgoing, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy face-to-face interactions in a retail setting, we want to hear from you! Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage High-Volume Leads: Provide business owners with personalized attention to a large volume of incoming retail leads, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported in alignment with AT&T's goals.
Engage and Qualify Clients: Clearly articulate our promotional packages, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address client demands and deliver exceptional service inside our retail partners.
Mentor and Motivate: Partner with the Executive Manager to guide and inspire the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Foster a Positive Environment: Create an inspiring and motivating atmosphere that reflects our brand’s integrity and values
Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and adhere to operational policies to uphold our high standards with our retail partners and our promotional client.
Communicate Updates: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
